My business phrase for Detail Obsessed Nation is “serve and protect.” The idea behind “serve and protect” comes from our First Responders, who I admire. Their careers are solely based upon serving and protecting others. If I can model those aspects in my business, and honor those First Responders, the rest of the business will take care of itself. My detailing version of this idea is that every customer needs a service, and I have spent my entire career providing service, in one way or another. I am here to “serve” my family, friends, customers, and clients. The “protect” comes from the protection of your vehicles’ interiors and exteriors. Your vehicles are usually the second most expensive assets that we own behind our houses/homes.
